Another good and easy to read book by Ken Blanchard! I read it in one day and could have read it in one sitting. A trainer at work gave me the book to read and it was well worth it. No new information in this book, but the way Blanchard tells his stories always makes it seem like it is new and it really sticks because of the great story. Great idea of using Sea World as the back drop to tell the story about giving positive feedback. This book was a great reminder and refresher for me. Recently, I have been doing a lot of "Gotchas" with my employees and now I'm going to start telling them "WHALE DONE!". Thanks, Ken! -- Whaley Good!
