Ya' know when your knower knows something? It was a blessing to read Joy's input that was full of courage to confront the ususal "biblical perspective" regarding divorce. I'm not sure his message has been well accepted because it requires too much of an everyday "christian." I'm not sure I have enough courage. But, if it' God's will . . . (and the book is quite convincing . . .then with God's help . . . I do hope that more people would invest their time in the perspective brought to us by this book and ask the Lord to talk to them through it's message. A courageous confrontation that too few "marriage experts" have. I'm not sure his message has been well accepted because it requires too much of an everyday "christian." A courage that stands with scripture in the real world of today! I do hope that more people would invest their time in the perspective brought to us by this book and ask the Lord to talk to them through it's message. I use his material often in my speaking and teaching. Parts of his work are included in the Divorce and Grief Recovery program I lead at the Crystal Cathedral.
