More than 800,000 copies later, I Kissed Dating Goodbye, with its inspiring call to sincere love, real purity, and purposeful singleness, remains the benchmark for books on Christian dating. Now, for the first time since its release, the national #1 bestseller has been expanded with new content and updated for new readers. Honest and practical, it challenges cultural assumptions about relationships and provides solid, biblical alternatives to society's norm.

User Reviews about I Kissed Dating Goodbye
I have not finished the book but it is very good and gives a different point of view than what is out there for dating. The best line so far from the book goes something like this: Dating is like fast food restaurants. It is not wrong to eat there but there is something far better available. It opened my eyes even more to what is available for my kids so they are not sucked into the American dating scene. -- I Kissed Dating Goodbye
I agree with the author 100%!! Excellent, they should make this required reading in schools! -- Romance from God's perspective!
A very timely book on dating and romance - not only for my teenage children but also for my husband and I. A God-centered look at how we ought to view our relationships, especially when interacting with the opposite sex before marriage. Great insights...I highly recommend! -- Very Good!
In I kissed Dating Goodbye, Joshua Harris reflects on his personal experiences in `dating' and talked about his struggle to maintain purity. Because maintaining purity is virtually important for Christians, since Christians are expected to be totally set apart from the non-Christians and their sinful ways. This includes their idea of dating.
I decided to read this book after sitting on the shelf for a while, after viewing a talk about Mark Driscoll about christian 'dating' he gave the sort of practical advice about how Christians should approach 'dating' in a completely different way to non-Christians and have the ultimate goal of 'dating' as marriage. This was something which was lacking in I Kissed Dating Goodbye. However I found the book really good and made me reevaluate my previous long held notions of dating and romantic relationships. -- Changed my view of dating
