I found this book very helpful in any relationship. Whether you are in a position of leadership or just a parent. Michael Fletcher explains the differance between love, lust and infactuation. He even explains the agape love of Christ. He is a Pastor, so there are some scriptural referances in the book. He dicusses the theme of "Who has your heart?" He also goes into seven steps on how to improve a relationship with anyone: An employee, a child, a spouce, a friend, or even a mentor relationship. He does a breif chapter on manipulation and how it works against relationships, all in all, it helped my marraige, my relationship as a Youth mentor, and as a daycare provider. -- Celeste Smith
