Would you believe that improving your confidence and self image is really easy. You know people have some great techniques on how you can do it, but you may not be up to the challenge for whatever reason. However, you know that you need it for your own sanity and benefit.
Ask yourself the question as you’re thinking about what you need to do in order to improve your situation, “How would the person that I would like to be, go about performing the things that I am in need of doing.” Can you see this person that you want to be. We all have a vision of who we want to be and it is usually someone that we already are, but we’re stuck some how believing it can be so.
Have you ever been your other person and wonder how you did it. It was as if you were not yourself, but really you were. It’s just you got out of your head. You were so engrossed in the activities at hand that you couldn’t think about what others were thinking about you. It’s as if you were in ‘the zone’ where nothing else matters but that moment. Why can’t it be that way all the time? I think it’s that dreaded comfort zone, it sometimes can help us keep ourselves stuck in stupid. Read the rest of this entry
